Ashbridge Independent School and Nursery at Lindle Lane in Hutton has become the first School in the country to win a coveted Quality Counts kite-mark for its 120 place nursery.

Quality Counts is the only national quality assurance scheme specific to the day nursery sector. Ashbridge School and Nursery opened in 1995 and offers first class care and education for children from 3 months to eleven years at its 11 acre country site on Lindle Lane at Hutton. Head Teacher Hilary Sharples said, "We are delighted to have received this accreditation. We have always prided ourselves on the highest quality of care at Ashbridge and believe that the award of the Quality Counts kite-mark acknowledges this and reflects the dedication of all our nursery staff and management team.”
