I / We wish to be considered for the opportunity of a place at Ashbridge Independent School at the appropriate time: *

In applying for a place at our nursery, I/we understand that: *

A non-refundable registration fee of £100 paid by bank transfer, credit card, cash or cheque is required to register for a place.
An initial payment equating to 4 weeks’ fees is required as a deposit 4 weeks prior to the start date. This will be deducted from the first invoice.
A direct debit mandate must always be in place.
Fees are payable in advance by monthly direct debit, tax free childcare or childcare vouchers.
A minimum booking of two full days’ attendance weekly is required.
Full fees are payable for all absences, holidays and Bank Holidays.
All requests for additional sessions are subject to availability.
Any changes to the existing hours or days of attendance will be treated as a cancellation of the existing contract and a new contract will be created in accordance with the allocation of places detailed in the admissions policy.
If a place is terminated, a 4 weeks’ notice is required in writing, or full payment of that term in lieu of notice.
Set bookings may only be changed if 4 weeks’ advance notice is given and changes must remain in place for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Sessions booked may not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Notice of cancellation of additional booked sessions is required in writing by noon on the Friday prior to the booking or full fees will remain payable.
The nursery reserves the right to change or amend regulations, policies and procedures as necessary.
The nursery reserves the right to review fees whenever required.
Access to the following policies, procedures and protocols is available through the company website or as hard copy on request: Admissions, Behaviour, Exclusion, SEND, EAL, Curriculum, Anti-Bullying, Health and Safety, First Aid, Complaints and Privacy Policy. In addition, the latest inspection reports and data relating to academic performance are also available.
The nursery and its employees have the right to share information relating to my/our child with Children’s Social Care and other agencies responsible for protecting children should they believe my/our child is at risk of harm or has been harmed.
I/ We give permission for photos/videos to be taken of my/our child for promotional purposes including printed materials, website, social media and local and national press, whilst attending the nursery or at a later stage
