Curriculum
We fully embrace the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), whilst also enjoying the freedom to implement fresh and creative approaches which are foundations for future learning. Our flexible and innovative approaches to teaching and learning ensure children become confident, rounded individuals who are eager and capable learners.
There is no doubt that children benefit enormously from shared social experiences, and the progress of each pupil in this and all other areas is monitored closely. This enables us to keep parents fully informed and to plan carefully for the future.
The diverse cultural mix of families and the team at AOR enhances the depth of our early Years the curriculum offer and engages children in the local community and environment. With children from wide ranging back grounds our expert team promote strong partnership with families and focus on promoting knowledge and understanding, confidence in communication and the skills children will need to prepare them for the next stage in their education.
