Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare, Level 3 Leadership and Management
Career overview: I have worked at Ashbridge for since 2010 starting in the Baby Unit and then working across all ages. I completed my Level 3 Childcare qualification and became a room leader. In 2014 I became a Team Leader and achieved a Level 3 in Leadership and Management before moving into my current role as Curriculum and Practice Manager.
Professional interests: I thrive in an environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential. My interests lie within the interactions each member of our team makes with every child and the nurturing bonds and environment we create.
Personal interests: When I am not at work I love spending time with my family. I like to keep active playing tennis and taking our 2 dogs on long walks.
