Ofsted Report

Ashbridge Nursery at Maxy Farm is registered with Ofsted and, as such, is inspected in line with Ofsted’s inspection cycle. Ofsted inspectors look at both the quality of education and care in nurseries and assess whether they meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory requirements.

Our most recent inspection was in June 2024, when we were judged to be Good in all areas. The report highlighted our commitment to children’s well-being, relationships, and language skills and stated that our staff’s support for children’s personal development is a strength of Ashbridge at Maxy Farm.

“Staff expertly plan and support children’s move to the next room and onwards to school. Consequently, children become self-assured and able to make relationships with key staff and their friends.”

“The curriculum for expressive arts and design is exceptionally well thought out. Staff provide intriguing and irresistible learning opportunities that entice children and engage them in learning important knowledge.”
