The facilities at Ashbridge are outstanding with a wide range of learning environments.
Our classrooms are spacious, well-resourced and all have direct access to the outdoors to allow children to extend their learning environment. We have a state of the art STEM Suite with computers, robots, a green screen and other technology where children are able to develop their digital skills which will be vital for their future education and careers. We also benefit from two fantastic libraries with age appropriate books and comfy reading spaces for children to curl up with their favourite book. Our children love to perform and to facilitate this we have two halls where children can take part in music lessons, drama and dance. At the heart of the school grounds is an all-weather sports pitch which is used by the children every day for PE and Games lessons, fixtures and play time. Our outdoor environment is totally unrivalled with a large number of outdoor learning and play areas. In addition to the outdoor areas at the back of every classroom, we have a stunning Orchard for the children to explore and play in during warmer months, a large playground, a meadow, adventure playground, obstacle course and large field for summer sports. Our two woodland areas include an outdoor classroom, campfire circle, ‘treehouse’ and lots of other things to explore whilst our flourishing kitchen garden and large greenhouse make the perfect base for the children’s horticultural lessons.
