Personal Development at Ashbridge School
Whilst our extensive school facilities and rigorous TAPESTRY curriculum foster strong academic performance in our pupils, they are also designed to promote and enhance their complete personal development both in and out of the classroom. As educators, it is our responsibility to ensure that all children leave us as confident and well-rounded individuals with varied skills and unique interests.
Both inside the classroom and during our school’s extracurricular activities, at Ashbridge we promote our children’s independent learning and help them develop a sense of responsibility and autonomy for their education.
Pupil Leadership is highly promoted at Ashbridge. We believe that bestowing children with responsibility and expecting them to uphold it is vital to their development. We have an active School Leadership Team supported by the School Council, House Captains, Sports Leaders, and Prefects, who work together for the benefit of our school community.
