Ashbridge on Ribble is a purpose built nursery set in a fantastic location on the outskirts of Preston City Centre.

All our classrooms have direct access to the outdoors and feel welcoming and homely. Some of our classrooms benefit from amazing views over the River Ribble.

The facilities include areas created specifically for babies, two year olds and preschool age with a roof terrace play area and unique addition of an outdoor beech school area where creativity and imagination can flourish

Our baby rooms have cots and coracles for sleeping and comfy seating areas for feeding as well as age-appropriate natural resources and play equipment.  Classrooms for 2-3s and pre-school children are designed to spark imagination and the upstairs classrooms benefit from a large room terrace to further enhance their learning and play.  In addition to the classroom space our nursery building has a large soft play area, where all children can explore and develop their gross motor skills in a different environment. We also benefit from adventure play equipment, designed to challenge the children and encourage safe risk-taking, and these are popular with children of all ages. Unique to Ashbridge on Ribble will be the River School; a large outdoor learning area with boat and other facilities, right on the banks of the River Ribble.

To make drop off and pick up stress-free for parents we have a large number of parking spaces right outside nursery, with safe paths to the nursery door. We also provide storage for car seats should you need to leave a car seat during the day.

The security and safety of our children is always at the forefront of our minds and we have many security features in place across the nursery including coded gates and doors, CCTV, secure perimeters around play areas and much more.

To truly appreciate all that Ashbridge on Ribble can offer your child we recommend calling in to visit the nursery or calling us on 01772 561186 to make an appointment.
